Fintervention.

So I fell off and gained anywhere from 5 to 10 pounds since I move to Nashville. Now I know this seems bad but under the amount f stress I’ve been undergoing I am willing to forgive myself and move past it. I’m ready… I want this. To be fit, to feel good, to have great energy, to he happier, stronger, healthier. So I’m back fitblr community!! Let’s do this!

Banana on the go go! 

One thing I can say I’m incredibly blessed with a fruit loving family. At this given moment I have lychee, blueberies, peaches, apples, grapes, bananas, pineapple, and strawberries in my fridge! Can we say NOM NOM NOM or what?

But seriously..

I just started HIIT a couple weeks ago and I love it! I have increased stamina and my body feels stronger !! I did 50 minutes on the elliptical after work and it was oh so invigorating!!

I’m officially applying for The Frothy Monkey in Nashville. I loved it when I went there!! My meal consisted of fresh veggies with hummus, a multigrain sandwhich with tofu, sprouts, red pepper hummus, and spinach, and then I had a in house made iced chai with almond milk. It was AMAZING! I loved the atmosphere, food, people… Cross your fingers that I get the job :0)
