Today has been pure. Chaos.
I was 6 minutes late for work because I fell asleep in my car parked in the parking lott and of course, like always, STILL got in trouble thanks to my favorite peice O shit shift.
ANYWHO… I managed to stay under my calories for today even though this bus ride I’m on to knoxville for child support court is killing my snack craving. Which means I’ll have to keep it light tonight… But this time I’m in it for the long haul!

So I fell off and gained anywhere from 5 to 10 pounds since I move to Nashville. Now I know this seems bad but under the amount f stress I’ve been undergoing I am willing to forgive myself and move past it. I’m ready… I want this. To be fit, to feel good, to have great energy, to he happier, stronger, healthier. So I’m back fitblr community!! Let’s do this!
So I made it through the day without busting my calories. I started at Starbucks and It is sooo busy. I think I can start counting my shifts there as exercise since we move so fast and we don’t get frequent coffee/pastry breaks like at my old store (hallelujah). I am pooped but happy to make it through another day :0)
